Cannabis Infused Whipped Cream

It’s Pi Day! Any excuse to eat pie, weather mathematical or not, sounds like a good excuse to us! What better to pair with pie than whipped cream? Whipped cream is a great topping for other desserts too in case pie isn’t your jam. That’s the wonder of this whipped masterpiece!

Optional: This recipe incorporates canna-cream. For the cannabis-infused variation, add 1 tablespoon of cannabis-infused heavy cream and a scant 1 cup of regular heavy cream to a large bowl. You can find our canna-cream recipe here.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 0 Yield: ~2 cups, 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • Scant 1 cup 35% heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon canna-cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pour canna-cream and 35% heavy cream into a large bowl.
  2. Whip canna-cream and heavy cream with an electric mixer or hand mixer, adding powdered sugar and vanilla if desired.
  3. Whip until peaks are formed or until it is thickened to your liking.
  4. Dollop on top of your favourite slice of pie or dessert!
